I sometimes get a wierd intermittent buzzing noise like someone keying morse code (badly). It's always on 19 and bleeds over a bit onto 18 and 20. It's really loud and annoying! Any ideas?

RA may be referring to the possibility of one of the "darn hams", sending electronic data over ch 19, as if it was a wireless 56K modem. It's possible to send faxes and other data wireless for free.
