mount 102" whip on pickup truck toolbox.

mount 102" whip on pickup truck toolbox.
I am considering purchasing a 102" whip and I have seen them mounted on toolboxes in pickup trucks. I haven't seen any mounts designed specifically for this application, but was wondering if anybody knew of any or some kind of mount that could be made to work for this?

Is it a double door tool box that opens from side (will have a center section that can be used to mout to), or a double door that opens from the bed, or a single door that opens from the bed?
