Just wondering if anyone is running one or has run one and what kind of power you can get away with?

Thanks and Merry Christmas to All!

I know about 5-8 years ago you could only put about 500 or so watts in them I mean dead key or the cap in the base would blow out.I have no idea if they have changed it by now or if K-40 even still makes them like Wilson got bought out by Barjan.
All radios tuned by the best me.

yeah i dont know about the k-40's ive heard some good and some bad. If you are stuck on a magnetic mount i would have to say get the wilson 1000 or the 5000. just my two cents. or even better yet. get a tri or quad mag and stick either a 102  or a 10k up there
