When you hit that lottery I could use a new truck to go with my 102 haha  The whip has better receive I can for sure tell that but as far as the transmit Im not real sure yet, I know my standing wave came down from 1.4 to about barely moving the needle to 1:1. My stepdad lives about 9 miles away and says I sound like im on my base.

Thats what a whip sounds like Tineman. On a bad day i still reach out about 30 miles with my whip. On a good day i pretty my blanket a 100 miles. And when skip is rolling. Endless contacts. I love my 108.
