I think he may have meant the Connex 4300. While any amplifer will get hot, the Amp in the 95T2, 4600 Turbos etc........have no "heat" issue. Will they get hot, you bet, they do 200 watts!
Never heard of a heat issue. Hot, yes all amps get hot, issue Not with those radios. The 4300 Connex does however.
While my price is a ton higher then some and I 100% honest about that the re-design I do keeps all radios I do at optimal operating temps concidering the watts they are pumping. Redesigns arent cheap but they work! Getting big RMS watts from a radios not easy, but it makes ummmm talk!
