what frequency set for 11meter band to tune the antennas 27-70 or 10-27 mhz.

I think those band positions kind of overlap. Try 'em both for the best result.

As mentioned, they usually overlap some. It just depends on where yours stops and where you are tuning your antenna, but probably 27-70 MHz (most of the time). I have one and can attest they do overlap quite a bit. The 27-70 only goes down to around 26.540 on mine and the 10-27 picks up everything below it but maxes at around 27.255 on the higher end. If your just using it for 11m and not interested in broad banding it to far below 1 then the 27-70 is all you'll need to use.
The quick-n-dirty answer is to use whichever scale puts you on the frequency you want to mess with. Try them both, watch the meters to find where a particular antenna is resonant.

Yup, just like Nagant said, I also keep mine on 27-70 and it will (or at least mine does) get you 26.965-27.405, channels 1 through 40 on citizens band...
