Pickup bed
My question is about a truck bed liner, I have my whip which was about 66' long but after doing some trimming it is shorter, and the swr's are around the 1.3 area on channel's 1 & 40 with 19 being 1.1, now to the question does plastic liner in the bed interfere with antenna? it is a full bed liner that can be removed as I have taken it out many times, and just as soon as I can I will post pictures on here of the radio and antenna.
A typical bed-liner has no affect on antennas. That assumes that antenna is mounted correctly, and not to the bed-liner, if that makes sense. From the numbers you gave, it sounds like the antenna is working.

Do you think a Rhino-liner would cause problems?

I think mine is mounted correctly, the mount is attached to a stainless steel leg from a conveyor, the leg is bolted to my bed not through the liner, that covers my bolts and then I have a old piece of coax that is serving as ground from the mount to the under side of the bed, which is grounded to the frame. And my swr's are on channels 1 & 40 it is 1.3 and on 19 it is 1.1 so pretty good in that area, I still have a little engine whine but am working on that.

Beercat,
I honestly don't see how it would affect anything about a radio, if the installation is done correctly. By that I mean that there is good metal to metal contact where needed. I don't have that particular brand of spray in bed liner, but I have had one in the last three trucks I've owned. Didn't see any electrical difference one way or the other.
