I have a 4ft. Wilson Silver Load fiberglass whip that I want to use with a mag mount. Where can I get a decent mag mount that's NOT the cheap standard RG-58u coax with crimped PL-259?
Thanks.

Hi Roadrunner,
I have seen the triple mag mounts by Victory on Pro-Tech's site [Please login or register to view this link]. It looks real heavy duty. I know Firestick also makes a single mag mount that you can use their Firering cable on, a buddy of mine has one although I think the single is limited to a 3' fiberglass. I haven't seen them on-line but you may find them at your local truck stop.
I was running a Wilson 1k mag but I just had to switch back to a fiberglass on the hood, the 1k was scraping on the low bridges/underpasses in the area. (And the wife made me do it)
I just found a hood mount and drilled it!
Happy hunting.
