barefoot and 10 miles on a wilson 1k!

i just got my wilson 1000 last thursday. i've got it magnet mounted on the trunk. my buddy drove his truck to work one day (he's got a radio with a 250w in it) i took off down the road and we talked till i got into town... i marked the distance where he said i was breaking up bad, went home and measured the distance... and it was 10 miles straight line!

Can't go wrong with the 1k! Got one myself and it is awesome!

Not bad, but it really doesn't tell you much. Now do the same thing with a different antenna.

Wilsons are good antennas. I have a wilson 500 magmount that I got a while ago and it is pretty nice for a cheap antenna.
